At ATLAS Trauma Care Centre – ATLAS SUPREME, we specialise in critical care and trauma response for patients in need of urgent medical attention. Located in Madurai, our facility is led by Dr. M.S. Emergencies We Handle :
Our trauma care unit is equipped and trained to manage the following emergency cases:
Cardiac Arrest – Immediate CPR and initial defibrillation when required
Severe Bleeding – Bleeding control using pressure, dressings, and tourniquet application
Respiratory Distress – Oxygen support and rapid respiratory assessment
Burn Injuries – Cooling, dressing, and fluid replacement for thermal burns
Stroke (Brain Attack) – Prompt action to stabilize neurological symptoms
Seizures – Emergency medication and post-seizure monitoring
Poisoning – Early management, decontamination, and referral
Trauma – Road traffic accidents, falls, or assault injuries requiring stabilization and emergency care

Under the supervision of Dr. M.S. Suraj Parishram, M.B.B.S, we provide:
Basic Life Support (BLS) – For immediate response and CPR situations
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – For cardiac-related emergencies
Initial Trauma Stabilization – For accident and injury-related cases
Emergency Medication Administration – Timely drug delivery for seizures, allergic reactions, cardiac events, and more
Facility Details
Operating Hours: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday )
Facility Equipment: ECG, Ultrasound, and essential emergency tools
Stabilize & Refer Model: After stabilization, patients are safely referred to our partnered hospitals for further ICU care or surgery
Please Note
We currently do not admit intubated or ventilated patients, as we operate under a stabilisation-first model. All patients receive immediate attention and are then transferred to tie-up hospitals as needed.
